I have not fallen off the face of the earth! I was away on business for a week and then on vacation for 3 weeks. I am just now getting used to having to plan our meals and actually make them.
We had some fantastic food on our trip. The most notable was the OMGIhavenevertastedanythingsogoodinmylife pizza in Venice and some lovely fish in Maderia Portugal.
I also decided to start something new in this blog called Pepper Shakers. When I see a recipe that looks good that incorporates pepper I will feature it here. I swear I am not the only person out there who is cooking pepper and peppercorns!
