Bruschetta Grilled Cheese Sandwich

These sandwiches were a draw in our house. I enjoyed them, Joey took one bite and spit it out. He was not a fan. Grilled cheese is not to be messed with in his world. I would make these again but I would use less basil as I found it to be overpowering at times.

Pepper Added By Joey - Obviously none

2 slices multigrain bread
Marble cheese, sliced thinly
2 tomato slices
2 basil leaves, sliced
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1. Butter one side of each piece of bread.
2. Top the bread with cheese, tomato and basil.
3. Drizzle with vinegar.
4. Cover with remaining piece of bread.
5. Grill until cheese melts.
