Five Spice Chicken

A favourite dish of ours. It's great every time so we try to add new sides to change it up. Tonight I made it with mashed yams and sauteed green beans.

Pepper added by Joey - small dash

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (or you could use thighs)
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of chinese five spice powder
1 inch fresh ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Put oil, five spice powder, ginger and salt in a bowl, mix well
3. Brush over chicken and place in the oven for 25 minutes
4. Put the honey and soy sauce in a small saucepan and heat until the honey has melted
5. Stir well and brush all over the chicken to form a glaze
6. Return chicken to the oven and cook for another 10 minutes
